Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hrs of appointment time will be charged 50% of services. No shows will be charged in full. No show up to 2 times and you will be banned. More than 10 minutes late appointment will be rescheduled & deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are NON refundable. Must come with makeup free face and clean eyes. Absolutely NO makeup or you will be charged a $10 fee. Retention issues must be reported within 72 hours.
